Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

Some of our items ship from our warehouse in the US and some from their country of origin.

If shipped from the US we use USPS. If shipped from origin we used international EMS through the local post office.  We also offer upgrades through private couriers.

Typically items will ship within 7-10 business days from the time you place your order.  During peak business times (holidays or sales) this may extend up to 2 weeks.  Please refer to the description on the specific item for exact times.

You will receive confirmation when your order is placed and then again when it is being shipped along with shipping information.

You are responsible for all duties and customs charges, if applicable.

Returns Policy

If you are not delighted with your purchase(s) please contact us at to request your return.

You may cancel/return your order up to 14 days after you have received it.

You must contact us at to arrange the cancellation or return of your order.

A refund will be given on receipt of the returned item.

We will not pay for the cost of return postage unless we have sent you the wrong item or it was damaged.

It is your responsibility to look after the item before you return it and ensure that it is packaged safely. Original packaging is preferred.

Please keep proof of postage in case the package gets lost.

For international orders: You will need to use a CN22(customs declaration) sticker on the parcel and you must mark this sticker UNWANTED GOODS RETURNING TO SENDER. If you do not do this we will be expected to pay a customs charge which we will deduct from your refund.
